ENGAGE at IKEM Academy 2022

Jannis Glahe (IKEM) and Friederike Skorning (100 prozent erneuerbar stiftung) joined this year’s IKEM Academy to discuss the interdisciplinary research project ENGAGE and the innovative concept behind the Energiewende-O-Mat. 

In keeping with the Academy’s theme, ‘Bottom-up drivers of action, innovation and empowerment’, the presentation focused on civic participation models such as energy cooperatives and citizen wind farms. Social innovations can make a significant impact in facilitating the transition to a climate-friendly and sustainable society.
